Other closeby schools would be SK Polis Depot, which is located across from SK Jalan Padang Tembak; SK Jalan Gurney which is near SK Semarak and UTM Semarak in Mindef; SK Desa Tun Hussein Onn which is also in DTHO and shares land with Mindef.
As for secondary schools, To go to SMK Seri Ampang, often known as Ampang Boys, most people arrive at LRT Datuk Keramat and cross the Klang River on a bridge attached to Jalan Ampang. The same exact spot is also shared by SMK Puteri Ampang. Meanwhile, near Pulapol, SMK Jalan Padang Tembak is located, and SMK Desa Tun Hussein Onn has acquired the land in Mindef.
Transportation
As a part of the Kelana Jaya Line, Keramat is connected by three light rail transportation stations. Jelatek, Dato’ Keramat and Damai are the three stations.
Marketplace
A dry market, a wet supermarket, a community hall, a food court, and parking spaces are all located in Keramat Mall. The project cost RM70 million to complete. Keramat Mall, on the other hand, as it is not friendly to traders, also not pleasing to customers, it turned far from being the lively marketplace that was planned. A Mini Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) was established in the marketplace in 2013.

It’s likely that the house will be licensed in a different method than you expected. Is it stated on the sign that this is a non-residential area? Keep this in mind! A studio apartment is usually not approved for permanent residence, which implies that it is not possible to make a permanent home here and that it does not meet the building’s current hygienic criteria such as soundproofing or lighting.
Another issue with studios is that banks generally do not consider them sufficient collateral, making it impossible to obtain a mortgage loan for their purchase without also guaranteeing other property as security. In fact, all of these factors contribute to a lower purchase price. Regardless of the fact that the desired apartment appears to be fully functional for living, it could actually be a non-residential location. R e-approving a location that has been used for permanent habitation is not possible most of the time.
Make a rough estimation of cost.
The restoration cost varies significantly depending on the area of the structure, the complexity of the work and its energy-saving targets, and also the materials employed. A simple renovation could cost a few hundred pounds per square meter, whereas a big repair could cost over 1000 dollars per square meter.
